A meaty fine dinner February 18th

Fillet steak, from Colchester’s finest butcher.
Salted for 10 mins before cooking at room temperature.
Seared on a ridiculously high heat for 2.75 mins each side.
Served with some home made sauté potatoes.
Devine.
